These terms are an agreement between you and Axiom Trinity Labs, LLC for the use of the Dinklix app and this website. By using Dinklix you agree to them.

Your license

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Dinklix on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You agree not to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the app or its content.

Subscription and billing

Dinklix is offered as an auto-renewing annual subscription at $39.99 per year, with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription renews automatically at $39.99 per year. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

What Dinklix is, and is not

Dinklix analyzes body mechanics from a video to give you coaching-style feedback on technique. It is an instructional tool, not medical, physical-therapy, or injury advice. It does not read paddle angle, spin, or ball outcome. Use your own judgment, and consult a professional for any health concern.

Your content

You keep ownership of the videos you upload. You grant us the limited permission needed to process a clip and generate your analysis, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your videos to train models. You are responsible for having the right to record and upload a clip.

Disclaimers and liability

Dinklix is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axiom Trinity Labs, LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
