Dinklix is developed and operated by Axiom Trinity Labs, LLC.
Email us and a person will answer.
support@axiomtrinitylabs.comInclude your device, your iOS version, and the shot you were filming. If it is about a specific analysis, tell us roughly when you ran it.
Filming and analysis
- The skeleton looks patchy or is missing limbs
- The pose model needs to see your whole body. Film from the side, get your full body in frame, stand a bit closer, and shoot in good light. Avoid backlight, a busy background, and anything that hides your feet. Re-filming under those conditions fixes almost every patchy overlay.
- How long should the clip be?
- Ten seconds is plenty. One shot, one player. A full match is not needed and not useful.
- It did not comment on my paddle face or where the ball went
- That is expected. Dinklix reads body mechanics: stance, shoulder turn, weight transfer, contact point, extension, balance, and follow through. It does not track the ball, spin, or paddle angle. Other apps do that. This one looks at you.
- Why is there no score out of 10?
- On purpose, and it will not be added. A number has never fixed anyone's serve, and rating a person is the thing this category gets most wrong. You get named, specific fixes instead.
- The analysis is taking a while
- A full run takes about one to two and a half minutes, because the pose skeleton is rendered onto your clip before anything is written up. Keep the app open while it works. If it fails, you still get a breakdown from the original clip.
Subscription and billing
- How do I cancel?
- Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so cancellation happens in your Apple account, not in Dinklix. On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, choose Dinklix, then tap Cancel Subscription. You can also go straight to your Apple subscriptions page. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
- How does the free trial work?
- New subscribers get 3 days free, then $39.99 per year. Cancel any time during the trial and you are not charged. If you cancel after the trial ends, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- I want a refund
- Purchases go through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple rather than by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple ID used for the purchase. Email us if you hit trouble and we will help you chase it.
- I paid but the app still shows the paywall
- Open the paywall and tap Restore Purchases, making sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with. If that does not clear it, email us with the date of purchase and we will sort it out.
Account and privacy
- How do I delete my account?
- In the app, open Profile and choose the delete account option. This removes your account, your analyses, and your uploaded clips. It cannot be undone, and it does not cancel an active subscription, so cancel that separately using the steps above.
- What happens to my videos?
- Clips are used to produce your analysis and nothing else. They are not used to train models. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
- Which devices are supported?
- Dinklix is an iPhone app and requires a recent version of iOS.
